Corporate Wellness Day

A fully managed onsite wellness event - registered practitioners, seamless booking and post event reporting. All you need to do is share the vision and share a link.

What’s included in every event:

  • College-registered practitioners (RMTS, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, among other allied health practitioners) sourced and managed by OffDay

  • Employee self-booking system - link or QR code you can share with your team

  • Professional equipment - set up and teardown, we bring it all.

  • Digital consent forms and session documentation forms

  • Single point of contact

  • Post event report within 48 hours - quantitative and qualitative data

  • We can work in most office environments. A meeting room, or a dedicated wellness space - we’ll make it work. We just need enough room for a treatment table, folding table and chair (150 sq ft. or 12’x12’)

  • Yes.. They book their slot through the link we share, fill it out an online consent/intake form, show up at their time, and we take it from there.

  • Yes. Every practitioner OffDay works with is required to be college-registered (ex. CMTO for RMTs or equivalent for other disciplines)

  • We currently operate on an employer paid model for treatment days. In the case, we discuss a custom program (satellite clinic program), employee billing would be discussed.

  • Three weeks is ideal. That gives us time to confirm needs and practitioners, set up booking system and make sure the day will run smoothly. The earlier the better.

  • We can look to add an additional practitioner to most events - just let us know your team size and/or budget and we’ll recommend the right fit. We also have a waitlist built into our booking system to ensure slots are filled.
